Doorways Programs foster further enjoyment of our productions by providing an opportunity to gain deeper insights into the subjects and issues that they address. In congruence with MJTC's production of Church & State, post-show programs will be offered with the following performances: Sunday October 22 at 1:00 pm, Thursday October 26 at 7:30 pm, Sunday October 29 at 1:00 pm, and Thursday November 2 at 7:30. Join us for a panel discussion focusing on the second amendment and separation of church and state, moderated by attorneys Steven Z. Kaplan and Phil Goldman, professor of political science David Schultz (Hamline University), and Rabbi Alexander Davis from Beth El Synagogue. 1.0 CLE credit applied for. Jonathan Gershberg is a Twin Cities comedian, writer and producer. In 2015 he created Minnesota Tonight, the critically acclaimed TV show that satirizes local news and politics. Alyssa DiVirgilio is a Twin Cities actress and comedy writer. She was recently "Grace" in Minnesota Jewish Theatre Company's production of We Are the Levinsons. Alyssa can be seen performing with Blackout Improv every third Monday at Mixed Blood Theater and at Minnesota Tonight at the Brave New Workshop.
