Large Groups or other Special Groups: Contact the box office to make special arrangements.
Groups of 10 or more can reserve seats in advance without upfront payment. If a group reservation is made, payments are due no later than 2 weeks before the group is to attend the play. Additional tickets added on to a group after this date will be full-priced; seating selection or availability cannot be guaranteed.

We accepts cash, check, VISA and MasterCard. We are unable to hold unpaid reservations. MJTC does not offer compensation for missed performances or refunds on ticket purchases. MJTC maintains a policy of not cancelling performances due to inclement weather or other conditions.
All sales are finale, however tickets can be exchanged into another performance of the same show if needed. Exchanges will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled performance. Tickets may not be exchanged after the original performance. Exchanges are $5.00 per order (this fee is waived for Season Passbook holders).
To exchange tickets call the Box Office (651) 647-4315. If you reach the Box Office voicemail, please leave a message with all the necessary information, and we will call you back to complete/confirm the exchange.
If you move to a performance with a different ticket price than the original date, you will be responsible for the financial difference (if any) between the two performances. Refunds are not given when exchanging to a less expensive performance.
If a passbook holder wishes to allow a third party to utilize their ticket, the passbook holder themselves must call to provide the details of the exchange including contact information, the date of which they would like to switch the ticket, and payment (if applicable).
All exchanges are subject to availability. There are no refunds.
